Lap Swimming
During lap swimming times lanes are divided into walking, slow, medium & fast so you can join a lane that suits your fitness level.
Regular swimming is both relaxing and good for your health.
Swimming helps support your body & joints while keeping you fit & healthy.
Public Swimming
Public swimming times are available for people who do not want to be restricted to a lane or families wishing to enjoy time in the water together. Swimming is a great activity for the whole family regardles of age or fitness level.
Please Note:
Children 12 years & under must be accompanied by an adult.
All times are subject to change due to school based
swimming programmes.

During SCHOOL HOLIDAYS public swimming for
school children is only available:
Monday - Friday: 1.00pm - 3.00pm
Saturday: 12 Noon - 1.30pm
(Lap Swimming is still available Monday-Friday 11am-3pm)
